When crafting leather armor with normal tool and GM armslore, you get 35 resists

When crafting the same piece with spined runic kit you get 26 resists.

==> Your not getting armslore bonus when crafting with runic.

    Is this intended or bugged?

You get the Arms Lore bonus. What does not apply is the bonus to resists for crafting an exceptional item.

So making lets say 2 mod items with lower runics and then imbuing on it is stupid. Now the only way to go is making blank item and imbuing all the way.

Is there some reason behind this?
