Quiver Elemental damage always overrides your bows' elemental damages with the exception of 100% phys damage quivers.

For example: if you use a 100% cold damage bow and equip a quiver of ice, you'll do 50% cold damage and 50% physical.

    Consecrate weapon, however, overrides both.

It has been the way you stated since ML came out.

Well yea, but it wasn't known (to me at least) as having had been that way until now. :p
Assumed it'd work more like Item Enhancing where Physical is a placeholder damage type, and any elemental damage will overwrite Physical, but Elemental damages never overwrite other Elemental damages.
