    Howdy folks.

Looking for a little input here. I posted something similar to this about a year ago but am getting back into the game more recently so I really want to nail down my housing. So....one more time...

I've got two small plots on an island, one is an 8x8 (i think) tavern that i finally have to the point where I don't want to touch it (much).

The other is a 7x7 that my brother is going to take over (so I can stop paying for accounts I never use). These two plots are the only ones on the island. We want to turn the island into a sort of waypoint or resupplying depot for fisherman, treasure hunters, etc. We are trying to think of ideas for this second plot. He has a few vendor houses across the shard and wants to incorporate that into this for fun. So we know at least the first floor is going to be storage (more for decor than anything) and a few vendors with supplies for fisherman and "adventurers".

The problem is the second floor and the roof. T-map library with a few other essential runebooks? Some sort of training room? Rooms for an "inn"? He really wants to run little events and such, so that will get people there, but there must be something else that could attract people to such a small, out there location. Anyway, here are a couple pics of what we are working with ATM. As always, thanks for any input. I'm always in awe of you guys and the stuff I see that gets posted here.

No solid advice, just wanted to say I like the design and the general idea, and best of luck.

A Tmap rune library is a great idea and people are always looking for lock box training places to train lock picking. If you set it up nicely with a few vendors, a rune library and a training place and then leave runes around, I think a lot of people might use it. =]
