    I've heard a few people talk of this but where exactly do you go to open this chat?

    Ive got an account i was going to deactivate but from the herald post i will be billed either way for it and that's simply unacceptable.

    than login and go through the steps of submitting the appropriate issue
    and than select online support.

    That was a HUGE mistake and i highly recommend nobody use this option ever!!

    They asked me several times what my ea account was which i gave them my email since that's the login. The person just didn't understand after i gave them my ea login/persona name, uo account name AND birthday only to be told their records don't indicate my info matched the account.

    Well it matches perfectly when they've been billing me for it...
