I cannot find the old skill gain thread. Is there a new and better way? Any suggestions?
I forget what I made from 110-120, I think it was mempo's. But these days I would just eat 2 5.0 trans scrolls and do away with the grind
The skills pages here at Stratics are always helpful when training. Here is the one for Blacksmithing: UO Stratics - Blacksmithy
Just enter your current skill and sort by skill, then scroll down and look for items that you have approximately 50%[+/- 5 or 10] success rate.
Barok, thank you... and Kylie, you are soooo bad
don't forget I am lazy too
Don't forget the craftsman's data chest - the subforum at the top of this board.
Hello this is from an old post started by Doran. The information is from Basra. Finally took the time to actually get my Legendary Smith a few months ago. This is how I did it. Don't forget the Salvage Bag.
Remember to craft in a Salvage Bag with the tailor & smith items, to save time recycling/salvaging.
For Blacksmith, if you have 105 mining and craft royal circlets, it should take about 10-12 thousand ingots. You can switch to boomerangs after 110 (if the account has SA), but the advantage of sticking with the Royal Circlets is that you can get 100-120 items crafted before having to recycle, while the Boomerangs require you to recycle twice as often.
