This post is about 2 things: first, the problem with claiming Legacy Tokens and secondly, the limit to purchasing stuff on the Game Code Store. I ordered several legacy tokens from an EA sales representative at 1-866-543-5435. These codes did not work when I tried to type them into the promo. code location from the help menu, in-game. I paged a GM and they sent me an email to contact the EA sales rep. again and mention my troubles. The sales rep. tried to find the problem, but told me that there was an issue with the Legacy Tokens themselves, and that someone would be fixing it soon. I'd like to know how the progress with this issue is coming because I'd like to claim my Chargers of the Fallen and some Soulstones. Next issue: Between four & six days ago, I purchased several things using my credit card from the uo game code store. Now when I try to purchase more stuff from there using my credit card, I get an error messege saying that there is a limit to how many times someone can purchase from the codes store - "please try again in 14 days". This, in my opinion, is just crazy. Why would you as a buisness that sells stuff, limit the customer (who buys your stuff) on how much they can buy? I sincerely hope that this limitation gets removed soon. Is there a work around for either of these issues?
