I want to Create an Advanced Character. A Necromancer.

If I create a character with:

His title will be "JohnDoe, Paladin" on his paperdoll screen.

I want his title to become Necromancer. Is your title dynamic based on skills? When I do the Advanced Character token on him will his title become "JohnDoe, Necromancer"

Your title is determined by the highest Real Skill (If there's a tie, it goes to the skill thats set to go up.) If you locked 7 skills at 100, whichever you then set to Gain, will be the title revealed to others.
