Are they turned off in all "faction towns"? Or only the active towns?
Hrmm. I can not cast an EV in Brit. Nor a field. Would this change if the town was under attack?
I have been wondering about this also. I found it interesting when, sometime in the past couple weeks, that I was running around Trinsic inside the city limits and sometimes I was in a guard zone and sometimes I wasn't.
The whole faction/invasion/gz deal has me way confused. I'm just killing every falsehood that I see and hanging in non faction places for the most part.
Well, if the guard zones come down. I am considering moving into Blackthorn's castle. It is a nice place. Maybe I will run for Mayor.
As I understand it they're off when the town is being invaded.
The falsehood npcs are harassing my customers at Glow gate. I've seen several shoppers apparently get their pockets picked and cast EVs to retrieve their belongings.
I know when I was trying elf last week I went to darius the wise to start the quest, he stole from me like 4 times ....so meeb had tu klomp him.....
Another question related to my above post/reply. After fighting a somewhat high end falsehood mage, dude was stout and I had both regs and a high end weapon, I finally killed him. In retrospect I should have casted an EV - whatever.
I then thought of gating to Moonglow and when I landed on the Glow bank roof a fairly big invasion force was on the ground - I left quickly. I thought there was some kind of game implementation that prevented folks from landing via recall or gate in an invaded city. Have I misinterpreted anything or is something broke. Maybe roofs don't count?
The safety net has recently been removed. You can indeed gate it to an instant death situation.
