Question about the servers...

As I logged in about an hour ago I notice all the servers were up and running. I jump onto my dwarf...yeah he does carry me far :D and I do a quick quest or two.

Then R/L calls and I have to finish some laundry UGH

When I come back home I get into game and it says all the servers are online now. But when I log into the main page I notice none of the servers are up and running.

My question is this. Is there downtown for the servers for maintance? For example UO has it at 6AM my time every day. WoW has theres on Tuesday..etc etc.

Just curious if that is what this is. How long does it usually take? etc etc.

    Thanks :D

to the best of my knowledge they don't do maintenance every day, however they are constantly doing hot fixes and patches so depending on when they get one ready to roll you may notice a short server downtime.

They tend to only last an hour or so for big hot fixes and about 3 or 4 hours for patches. It is usually done early morning eastern time (6 or 7am) if that helps.
