Does double strike with a hit spell weapon have a chance of making the hit spell go off twice?
Tested this a little and the results were... unclear.
(might have had 2 swings go off, unsure)
Though this definitely causes perfection to increment twice.
  2. Yes. Though vs players the second hit is likely to miss unless you Disarm them first.

Yep, and it seems Hit spells tend to go off even on misses.

Edit: tested this on a friend... never had the hit spell (50%) go of in a few dozen hits
