Does Reactive Paralyze on a weapon work the same way as on a shield?
Does this mean that Reactive Paralyze useless for chars without Eval?

I would have to say this is tricky due to the fact that reactive paralyze essentially works the same as magery's para. Once the target is damaged then the paralyze ceases. However no, you do not need eval for reactive paralyze to work. A buddy of mine has a chiv dexxer template with a shield that has reactive paralyze on it and it is a pain in the ass to fight against sometime.

So a sword reforged with a valorite hammer with Vampiric/of the Vampire and Towering/of Aegis could have a sence. It even may be britlle (more power) for PvP.

    You can get:
    life leech,stamina leech,mana leech,hit fatigue,hit mana drain,blood drinker
hit lower attack, deffence chance increase, reactive paralyse

Almost all mods are usefull and having five of them would be nice. Does anyone want to spend few hammers to test it? I have spent two hammers and got HLL/HML/HLA/DI/RP and HLL/HML/HLA/DI/DCI. As you see I got only 4 mods from reforging. I don't know is it a cap or luck and should I reforge a sword without DI to get five mods.

Before I try to reforge anything on production, I go onto test and burn through a couple hundred charges to get an idea of what *might* come out.
