Turning around the corner, Morgan, the town guard, witnessed a small gathering of people at the square in front of Britain’s main gates. They seemed to be listening to a single man, dressed in black attire, standing on the stone wall. As he approached the assembly, the wind carried along with it a strong, firm voice.

Citizens of Britain! Wake up, and reclaim your kingdom!
Who amongst you has not witnessed the decline of your grand city?
Who amongst you does not feel rage as the puppet Lord Protectorate watches while our kingdom plunges in a spiral of chaos and civil war?
In spite of the fact that BRITAIN was for years the surest guarantor of peace and its citizens devoted themselves only to the progress of BRITANNIA, other cities, and particularly their “statesmen”, could not refrain from conspiring against Britain at the first opportunity.
Will you watch by as our kingdom is broken up into a collection of city-states, each vying for an upper hand?
Surely, you can see that the motivations of those who would rule over us are laced by not benevolence but envy and lust for power?
Surely, you do not expect any sort of a meaningful leadership from the crooks in charge of our cities?
Surely, none amongst you, TRUE BRITANNIANS, will dispute that Britain is destined to lead Britannia!
So, join me! Reclaim Britain! Reclaim Britannia!

With that, the crowd erupted in a course of thundering applause and cheering, followed by the chanting of the name KOBA! Enthralled as he had become by the stranger’s voice, Morgan did not notice that the small gathering had grown into a crowd of a respectable size. The passing glares that his uniform met, left him suddenly feeling rather exposed.
Making a mental note of the stranger, he turned around and hurriedly made his way towards the safety of the castle barracks.

    Additional notes:
To those who may seek him, Koba has been periodically witnessed roaming the streets of Britain inciting citizens to join his cause.

Following last nights event a small group of us encountered Koba outside the bank in Britain. He is indeed exhorting people to follow his 'cause', it is however unclear exactly what said 'cause' is. His argument that leaders in Britain and the other cities should be deposed opens the question of exactly who will lead our citizens?. He says he has no claim to leadership, so who then?. To this he gives no answer. He argues that other leaders are falling short of leadership and are in conflict and then goes on to propose that Britain should assume leadership which just introduces another contender. He negates his own argument. His basis for this is that 'True Brittanians' are the rightful leaders. In fact the True Brittanians have NEVER been in command they are just one of four factions in continual conflict.

Our group were little convinced by his words but he might well have greater influence over the other citizens of Britain. He claims his followers are growing and he might well be right. With no clear idea of his motives and a large group of followers I think that this might well be a most dangerous man, he will bear careful watching.

When he saw that our group were not possible converts he moved off, it is worthy of note that following his departure numerous raiders were present in Britain, coincidence?.
