    if i kill the angry rioters rather than arrest them is my loyalty increase the same

    Be careful to *only* kill rioters in one city. If you kill (or arrest) rioters in multiple cities it will make you "detested." The whole idea here is to pick one city that you are going to be loyal to. I doubt you get any "additional" points for killing rioters at this point. Also, you will get negative points for harming the "peaceful" (blue) protestors. Protestors are okay; Angry Rioters are not.

    I never kill a rioter... feed 'em if they're blue, arrest them and turn them in if they're gray. I'm loyal to Maginica only, and am "adored" now. :)
