Blood and Sand: Violence Threatens the Isle of Pride

Blood again threatens to engulf the Isle of Pride.

Sources close to the Isle claim that Magincian antagonists have begun to harass and assault innocent Britannians housed on the Isle. A series of scuffles and minor riots have erupted as a result. Zhevorrin - a visitor - was seen attempting to pacify one such confrontation with minimal success.

It is unclear what instigated these riots. Or whom. But those close to the Republic and the New Magincian Trading Co. do not claim these antagonists as their own.

Not all is as it would seem.

Since when has Magincia housed so many gingers?

    Ooo. I know! Since never.

These so-called 'Rebels' do not belong to the Republic of Magincia or the New Magincian Trading Co., which makes them what precisely? If you guessed imposters, get yourself a cookie. You deserve it.

You see, no one knows where they came from. Yet they all claim to speak for our esteemed government. Like a cheerleading squad but uglier. Rah, Rah, Go Magincia! But if they were Magincians, they would know better than to identify themselves as Rebels.

And two, no Magincian would be caught dead in those ridiculous outfits.

But the ruse will serve its purpose. You see, it was only a couple weeks ago that King Jenkins and Queen Elladanabella voted to build a War Fleet and arm the Floating Emporium. I wonder, what could that mean? Oh, did Jenkins have some precognition this would happen? Naw. Him? Never.
