[Tinkering] scale collar

    the only thing I've seen it worn by is a chicken lizard, and I'm not certain he cares whether or not he can meditate

    Will sea serpent scales work? Also, what is the "scourge" ingredient? Is that the same as the scouring toxin you remove dyes with?

    Mules usually have a lot of money, so they can hunt for peerless ingridients on market :)
