i really think the negative properties (-100 luck, cursed, brittle, cannot repair) should be toned down on the weaker magic items and artifacts. It is probably ok to be heavy with these on higher end items, but it seems these appear too often on weak equipment. Basically nothing is useful in the armor and weapons department. weapons are just about all junk and armor, which it does have decent mods, has such horrible resists that its hard to compensate, meaning imbued items are much much better.

I definitly think that if an item has 8 cold.. it shouldn't count as a mod. There should be a cutoff where a resist counts as a property on an item.
