should I change my human crafter to gargoyle?
1. The bonus (for imbuing) is not enough to make it worth while.
2. Gargoyles look horrible
3. I can carry more as a human
My crafter is a garg, and while he can fly (I think it helps not having to have a mount), I'm awaiting a chance to turn him to a human. As a human you can still use the forge in Ter Mur if you're really pushing for the extra percentages.

You are aware you can take a gargoyle character through either of the Heritage quests? http://uo2.stratics.com/essays-and-guides/in-game-systems/questing/human-to-elf/ or http://uo2.stratics.com/essays-and-guides/in-game-systems/questing/elf-to-human/
umm petra, that works for garg -> to human OR garg -> elf?
yup, just choose which you want to end up as. Though if anyone on Europa wants to revert, I've a racechange token I could let them have.
umm never ever think about it could work, i can imagine human to elf or viceversa, due to "half-elf" tradition, but the garg change is more controversial due to the "morphing" change
Good mention! I'm aware, I just have a fondness for the way robes display on gargoyles in the EC paper-doll that's preventing me from starting the quest.
I keed, I've been lazy.
