The Freeborn Press has received word that the Girl Scout Hall in Skara Brae came under assault earlier this evening.

Corporal Brackus was wandering the road between Skara Brae and Britain when a Golem - pieced together with human and inhuman remains, its festering sores oozing with embalming fluids and pestilence - leapt from behind a barricade and assaulted him.

Mercenaries from Magincia, Berg and the North, hunting the woods for the beast, followed the sounds of commotion, discovering the construct standing over an unconscious Corporal.

The beast put up a fight - the noxious substance oozing from its wounds bringing down those who came too near - but at last it was brought down.

Its remains have been moved to Dawn, where it is being dismantled and studied.
