Spell that miscast/fizzle & still use mana.

  1. There are a few spells in the game that are sort of bugged. Long ago spell were re-geared to not consume mana if miscast from targeting or unable to cast due to blocked effect e.g. Energy Vortex.
    There seem to have been some that were missed.

    Sacred Journey
    Natures Fury

    Are a couple I can think of off hand. Have you guys found more that may need this very simple small tweak to get them right?
  2. I believe all traveling spells use mana if blocked, and I think EV does also like Nature's Fury.
  3. Recall reads "Something is blocking the location." Uses no mana
    Gate Travel reads "Something is blocking the location." Uses no mana
    EV Reads "Target can not be seen" or 'That location is blocked" Uses no mana.
    Just tested it to confirm before replying.
  4. I lose mana from SJ even if the spell fails due to skill aswell.
