I read through a couple of threads and googled a bit. To make it short Uoguide and stratics state that a character´s total SSI is capped at 60%.

On uoforums.com (a bit older) someone stated that a charcater can have SSI up to 85.

A bit confusing. Especially the SSI Cap of 60% because the berserkers maul has +75% SSI alone. So is this really confirmed that the cap is at 60%

you can have higher than 60, which is useful against creatures which slow your attack down (like Grizzle)

The max effective SSI is 60. Like Nusair stated, you can surpass 60 but only 60 will be usable.
