Ok so I follow the instructions on UOHerald about unlinking UO accounts from master accounts so that I can put my active ones together in one master account. I email [email protected] with all the details (And from the EA Master accounts email to add authenticity) and patiently wait for the work to be done... And I get this... Now I dont live in the US, I dont have loads of money and calling that number is definately not an option. So yeah, Whom ever set up the 'email' support option, it dosnt work, cheers for some false hope. Isnt it time UO had proper numbers for the different countries it operates in (I tried ringing Guildford UK and they dont have access to the new migrated data... figures!) So um, yeah thanks for nothing on that.
