I have a couple of questions about swampies. :)

Does the stats of a swamp dragon, especially the resistances make a difference when a warrior uses it as a mount with dragon barding?

If it has higher resistances, will it absorb more damage?

Training it would not affect the rider unless using it as a pet instead of a mount?

There was more or less lately a change to dragon bardings. It was something like the resistances from the material of the bardings add to the swampis ones.

But to your question: I dont think so. For highest possible damage absorb, your swamp dragon needs an exceptional dragon barding.
