In 2007, Threshold hired its first paid staff member outside of Aristotle and Dalaena. That move was a huge success for Threshold and its players. Gesslar has added a great deal of content, fixed countless bugs, and generally added a lot of fun to the game.

We are pleased to announce the hiring of our newest paid staff member: Mathil.

Mathil has been working with Frogdice for a few years on other projects. She also has a great deal of experience with Threshold. Her primary role on Threshold will be as an administrative contact for RP events, RP plot lines, the RP calendar, large game storylines, and management of the RP Staff. Mathil will contribute to some content development, but her primary role on Threshold will be to enhance and support game wide role playing.

For 13 years, Threshold has provided a top notch, unique roleplaying experience to its customers. It is still, to our knowledge, the only commercial game on the internet with required and enforced role playing. Frogdice's dedication to the continued growth and development of Threshold has never been greater.

Threshold has a wonderful, open community, a rich world lore, and marvelous players. As a free-to-play game, Threshold's development and existence depend entirely on the continued support of its players through optional payments. We are thankful, as always, for that financial support.

There has never been a better time to play Threshold. I am fortunate to work with such talented people to create a game for such amazing customers.
