Was burning some low end fletcher kits in hopes of getting some 100% bows, got nada. Anyway i was unraveling the ones i didnt want when i noticed some weren't unraveling(was gettin the little or no magic message).
everyone that wouldn't unravel was a bow with balanced as the only property.

    Anyone else noticing this?

Submit it as a bug to EA. It would be easy for them to verify on the test center. The runic there have ~30000 uses.

I didn't notice it, but if I had gotten a balanced only bow it would not have been unraveled.
