Ironically I have NEVER got this site to work...which LOL has saved me tons of money as calling them every time is such a pain .. ... ... [email protected]# Would be nice if it did work though
It has been the matter of speculation for some time now, and I don't think Rico has yet told us what it really means. I think it stands for "love always", just Rico's little way of letting us know he cares.

i am having same problem And they are working on it i have sent them screen shots of it and such....
just did this am and already got responce back
go to the tab that says help it will take you to the right place fill out hte form and always send a screen shot that will save you a step otherwise they send you email asking for it then you basicly start over

Had the same problem yesturday, tryin to get some more storage. So it says to call ok I did. Average wait time is 20 mins. LOL I don't think so. Looks like I'll be keepin my 20 bucks.
they just contacted me and asked for my card number and such and they are manually entering it and are emailing me back my codes

Then i want reactivate my second account and i get the Message

I never have this Problem before that i can buy only ONE Code.
I buy everytime more codes for all my Accounts without any problems from uogamecodes but this is really a bad joke that i have to wait 30 Days before i can buy another one.
Anyone have a Idea how i can get another code without call them?
I just came back to uo and had no ethereals or anything on my chars... (must have given them away...), so I wanted to buy some mounts. I log onto the site, and I get this error
I also wanted to upgrade to 7th char slot (only 5 atm), and get the extra storage space. I guess they don't like money.
