Vet Reward: Recharging Forge Tool (1 charge per month)

    Description not really needed. I think 1 charge a month is reasonable. It still leaves plenty of room for profit for people that need entire suits done right away.

    Items like forged metal tools who present a big must for any crafter.

    UO should provide them as a quest reward, vet reward, champ drop or else...

    Players should be able to get access go them without paying real cash on top of our subscription.

    For instance, I totally understand having a pet bonding potion on the store. But who can live without an forged metal tool?
