Hi folks, this has buggged me for a long time, i remember seeing a post that stated that life leech % on a weapon determined how often the life leech would in fact leech and that the amount leeched was always 40% of damage inflicted. Is this still meant to be correct? To test I used breath of the dead doing about 50-60 dmg against my target however was leeching no more than about 5 pts. if the above is true it it only the base dmg output (without eoo or cons weapon) that is considered when the leeching takes place or is the above info wrong?
