I ordered a legacy token and dyes from the Origin Store last night. I did not notice any codes for my items before I closed my browser. I presumed they would be emailed to me and they have not. I searched high and low for some help, but the best I could come up with was an email [firstname.lastname@example.org] and apparently, after waiting more than 17 hours for a resolution, this is not the proper channel to use in order to resolve this particular problem. Additionally, the lovely representative did not see fit to provide the proper email address for me to use and apparently I am too dumb to figure it out on my own. Perhaps, I am just blind and have overlooked it? In any case, would someone be kind enough to provide me with the correct email address? Or at least one that MIGHT work for me? I'll settle for that.
